Our Story

Sportsheets began with a simple but powerful idea.

In the late 1980s, founder Tom Stewart saw a Velcro® wall stunt on Late Night with David Letterman. That moment sparked a simple question: what if couples could explore restraint while still staying in control?

From that idea came The Original Sportsheet®, a patented design that allows users to release themselves at any time.

As the company evolved, CEO Julie Stewart helped shape Sportsheets into the woman-owned, female-led brand it is today, bringing a more thoughtful, modern perspective to intimacy.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective Products

If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of your original purchase date for assistance, and we will help expedite your replacement request. For claims outside of the 30-day window, we are happy to facilitate a replacement request through the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Learn more about Sportsheets’ warranties here.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement. To begin the exchange process, a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from Sportsheets within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Incorrect Product Ordered

To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange any products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.

Change of Mind

Note: All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.

Right to return Policy for Orders Placed Through Klarna and Afterpay

Orders placed via the Klarna payment portal are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must remain unopened and unused due to sanitary regulations.
