To place an order, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you are finished, click the checkout button and proceed to complete the order. You can also create an account in order to save your card information and shipping address for a faster check out experience in the future.

Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain box or envelope. The sender will appear as Intora™ Inc. on the shipping label.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is completed.Delivery timeframes vary based on:
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery location
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods (United States)
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sportsheets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders to:
- Arizona
- Missouri
- Ohio
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively monitoring regulatory
changes.Sportsheets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where shipment is restricted or prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Shipping Availability
At this time, Sportsheets ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping method selected
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Overnight & Second-Day Shipping
Orders are picked up from our warehouse Monday through Friday.
- Overnight and Second-Day orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will ship Monday (or the next business day).
Examples:
Overnight:
If placed at 2:00 PM PST on Friday, the order will ship Monday and typically arrive Tuesday.
Second-Day:
If placed at 2:00 PM PST on Friday, the order will ship Monday and typically arrive Wednesday.While we rely on USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver within their advertised timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missing apartment/unit number
- Refused delivery
- Failure to pick up from carrier
We will contact you by email.If the issue is due to customer error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.If the issue is determined to be the result of an error by Sportsheets or the carrier, we will either:
- Replace the order at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
At your preference.

Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the original purchase date for assistance and we'll help expedite your replacement request. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement. To begin the exchange process, a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from Sportsheets within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Incorrect Product Ordered
To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange any products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.
Change of Mind
Note: All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Right to return Policy for Orders Placed Through Klarna and Afterpay
Orders placed via the Klarna payment portal are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must remain unopened and unused due to sanitary regulations.

Right to Return Policy for Orders Placed Through Klarna

Backorders
Items that are out of stock at the time of fulfillment will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for any products that are not shipped.
If any issues arise related to backordered or unavailable items, our customer service team will contact you prior to order fulfillment. Please keep an eye on your email to avoid delays in processing your order.

Tax & Sales Tax
We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Sales tax is calculated based on the purchase price of the merchandise and, in some jurisdictions, may also apply to shipping and handling charges.
The applicable tax rate is determined by the delivery address and is assessed based on the laws of the destination state and/or locality. All collected taxes are remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities.
