Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sportsheets International, Inc. (“Sportsheets”) hereby warrants that, in the event of a manufacturing defect, malfunction of Sportsheets' products which have a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" designation on the packaging of such product, or failure to conform with this written warranty, Sportsheets agrees to and shall repair or replace the Product at no charge to you, for as long as you own the Product. This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the Product resulting from ordinary wear and tear or abuse. This Limited warranty does not apply to Dildos, Vibrators or Bullet Vibrators, which may be included with your product.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN REPAIRS ARE NECESSARY:

In the event of a manufacturing defect, malfunction or failure to conform with the written warranty, you should do the following:
Login to www.sportsheets.com and click on register your product under product warranty. Enter your information there to activate your warranty. If you do not register your product in this manner, you must retain the box flap on which is printed the product UPC code. The UPC code is the Black and White box with vertical bars and a product code preceded with the letters ss. Example, ss901-01.

To return your product for a repair/replacement, please do the following:

1.	Call or email customer service info@sportsheets.com or 714-698-0877 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returned product without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed for warranty.
2.	Upon receipt of the RMA number, enclose your product in a sealable plastic bag, enclose your box flap on which is printed the product UPC code (unless you’ve previously registered your product) and send it to us at: Sportsheets International, Inc., Attention: Product Warranties-RMA #XXXX, 7436 Lorge Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. Important notice: Items not returned in a plastic bag will not be processed.
3.	Your repaired or replacement product will soon be on the way!
4.	You are responsible to pay for shipping the product to us. We will pay for the shipping back to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Sportsheets will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by any manufacturing defect, MALFUNCTION, or breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty. the performance of repairs or replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty or any implied warranty.

Disclaimer of all other EXPRESS AND IMPLIED warranties:
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SPORTSHEETS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
